Barre is a ballet inspired workout that combines isometric movements, high-intensity low-impact exercises, and static stretches. You will be targeting every major muscle group to boost strength and flexibility. Our high intensity, low impact barre classes are an effective and efficient way to exercise your entire body. Our all level classes are designed to help you feel stronger, tone and challenge you.
For best results we recommended 3-4 classes alone or in combination with our Reformer Pilates Classes
Barre Define is our signature all levels full body, core based and booty busting Barre & Pilates fusion class. This class will an emphasis on combining technique fundamentals with dumbbell weight-based strength training to increase stamina, muscle definition and boost those endorphins. Prepare to target small muscles groups, increases flexibility, while focusing on toning arms, legs, core, thighs and glutes.
Barre Fusion is our musically driven ALL LEVELS class that mindfully incorporates Barre, Pilates and Yoga. Combining Barre techniques of low impact and precision-focused movements, incorporated balance, primal movements and flexibility training. This full body work out is designed to flow through movement and increase your joint mobility while building muscle and improving balance. In this class you may use light weights, balls, bands and other props.
Our signature Barre HIIT class takes the low impact dance-inspired movements and marries them to HIIT format. So you will be working on stamina, endurance and strengthen while staying true to BARRE techniques. This class will get your heart rate up and fatigue your muscles as you move, pulsing and stretch. Class may include weights, balls, bands and other props. Please bring your own personal sweat towel, Socks with grip are recommended and comfortable 4-way stretch clothing.
