Our imamate Pilates Group class have no more then 6 people per class. Classes are intentionally kept small so that you get more instructor time. Each class style is specially designed. We offer a variety of Reformer based classes, choose from classical Reformer Pilates to our specialty contemporary classes such as HIIt and Abs & Buns.
We believe that consistency is vital in your Pilates program. For best results we strongly recommend 3-4 class per week.

Fundaments is an ALL Levels reformer based class, it is the building block for all levels. It's designed to focus on the fundamental movements on the reformer at a slower paced but still challenging the entire body. Fundamentals focuses on form, working breathe, alignment, language and posture, these classes are educational, perfect for those who want to learn and feel the burn at the same time. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.
Level: Open level class. Recommended Prerequisite: (6-10 Fundamentals)

All Levels is a reformer based Pilates session suitable for just about all levels with a heavy emphasizes on traditional Pilates exercises. This is a quicker contemporary flow, still based on all the classical foundations of Pilates. This session may use other apparatus and a variety of props. Pilates equipment experience is strongly recommended. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

Level: Intermediate+ and beyond Contemporary Signature Class.
Recommended Prerequisite: 30- 40
Athletic Pilates combines classical moves with contemporary functional movement and spices it up! This fast-flowing class is based on Pilates principles to increase stamina, stability, balance, coordination, flexibility, and overall strength to help improve performance. Best suited for those with no shoulder and/or knee issues. This class is designed to challenge your strength, balance, endurance, and fitness level. Come prepare to turn up the heat, shake and burn with little to no modification!
*Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries knee issues, wrist and shoulder issues or post-natal 4th Trimester or those who have not done Pilates with us before.
Level: Open level class.
Recommended Prerequisite: 8-10 All Levels
*Not Suitable for recovering knee, ankle, back injuries or 3rd Trimester pre/post natal (4th trimester) clients.
Pilates Mix is a reformer based all levels "low-impact" contemporary cardiovascular, strength and endurance inspired circuit class to build heat and strength. This class may use Hiit, Barre, spring board, and assorted props to sculpt and spice up your Pilates practice. This Pilates sessions gives you the opportunity to counter movements with grace and control that forces your body to respond by tuning into its core strength and postural stability as you flow from one Style to another.
Level: Open level class.
Recommended Prerequisite: 30-40 All Levels Class, Ask instructor if your ready
Please note not recommended for those with injuries ESPCIALLY knee, BACK ISSUES or pre/post-natal.
This reformer based class is a fan favorite, "Delicious" target training workout. Feel the "quakes" as you work every part of the glutes and core in a Pilates focused, athletic and effective format. Use Reformer, Spring Boards and other Props and equipment.

Some Pilates Experienced Recommended
Our signature, all levels high intensity cardio class that combines reformer sculpting exercises with cardio elements like HIIT and Tabata. Expect creative cardio sets using a reformer, box, weights, props, spring board and mat that improve muscle focus and metabolic output for an all-in-one approach. NO JUMPBOARD
