At Pilates by Isabella, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through Pilates and Yoga. Our mission is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can feel comfortable, confident and empowered on their wellness journey.
Our approach is rooted in the principles of alignment, breath, and mindful movement. We believe that by focusing on these fundamental principles, our clients can achieve a deeper mind-body connection and more effective results. We purposely keep classes small to allow us to give you more personal attention.
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive community at Pilates by Isabella. Pilates by Isabella, is more than just your neighborhood Pilates & Yoga studio - we're a community. Join us for our social events, workshops, and challenges, and connect with other like-minded individuals who share your passion for fitness and wellness.
If you are new to Pilates by Isabella and would like to try Pilates, we suggest you start with Fundamentals. This class is designed to be accessible to all levels of Pilates practitioners. We recommend getting to class a bit early and letting your instructor know you are a beginner. Our welcoming instructors will happily give you the guidance to start, extra attention you may need and modifications throughout your class. If you are looking to address something more specific to your needs or want more one-on-one time, please contact us with your request about booking a private session. Yoga classes are all levels. Pilates is not like going to the gym. Exercises are performed with conscious awareness of your movements and positions with focus on your body and its present state. Come to your session with intent on focusing on you and your body only.
If are pre/post natal and you have not been to our studio or were recently notified that you are excepting, we ask that you please contact the studio so that we help you get set up.
If you have an injury or recently had surgery (less then 6 month), please contact the studio first so we can find the best path for your wellness Journey. With certain injuries, we may recommend starting with an private assessment session.. Please be sure to share any injuries with your instructor prior to class so we can best modify for your injury. Pilates by Isabella may decline entry into group class due to injury and other safety concerns.
