Pilates by Isabella is a boutique studio dedicated to cultivating strength, flexibility, and holistic well-being in a supportive, welcoming space.
We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of Pilates, yoga, and barre classes—each designed to be safe, effective, and grounded in expert knowledge. Our goal is to empower every body, regardless of shape, size, or experience level.
As a Body Positive studio, Pilates by Isabella is a sanctuary for movement and self-discovery—a place where clients feel seen, supported, and celebrated on their personal journey to wellness. Please note that our Equipment Pilates classes use a combination of equipment such as the Reformer, springboard, chair, barrel, mat and props to give you a more well balanced Pilates practise as Joseph Pilates intended.
