Here at Pilates By Isabella we admit that we are Pilates obsessed, but Yoga was our first Love. We offer a verity Yoga styles such; Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and others. We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and try them all, this is a great way to allow yourself to explore, grow physically and mentally.  Perhaps try one to fit your mood. like our Rise & Flow class in the morning to energize you or a slower paced candle light  flow before bed. 


Here at Isabella's Pilates and Yoga Studio we try to make every class different,  fun and worth your time.  We believe that consistency is vital in your Pilates program & Yoga Practice. For best results we strongly recommend 3-4 class per week. 

Yoga Class Descriptions

Yin Yoga

 Yin Yoga is a meditative slower paced targeting deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, as well as, your nervous system. Holding poses for 3-5 minutes each, yin gives you the ability to stretch and lengthen your rarely-used tissues while teaching you how to breathe and relax more deeply. Prerequisite: NONE

Gentle Yoga

 Gentle Yoga and/or Yin is accessible to those who are looking for a soft, slow-paced, well supported, relaxing practice. In this lighthearted and slow-paced yoga practice, each step forward on your mat is an opportunity to go within. Class is great for all levels including beginners or anyone looking for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This class is great for Postnatal, Prenatal, or anyone needing a more gentle class. Some classes may offer Candlelight, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Bath and essential oils. 
Prerequisite: NONE

Restorative Yoga

 Restorative Yoga  is a cooling practice that target the connective tissue and ligaments in the body holding poses for longer periods of time.  Props are used to ease into the body as support for full relaxation.  In addition to the restorative poses, meditation and/or breath work are added for additional rest for body & mind.  You will leaved refreshed, relaxed and renewed. This class is great for all-levels, including beginners. Some classes may offer Candle Light, Meditation, Sound Bath and essential oils. Prerequisite: NONE

Hatha/Vinyasa 1

 Hatha/Vinyasa 1 is an ALL LEVELS fusion that unites the hatha (slow paced, holding postures) and vinyasa (breath to movement) styles of yoga. This class systematically works the entire body from head to toe, focusing on healing and improving the function of every organ, muscle, and joint. Some Classes offer Candlelight, Meditation, Savasana and Sound Bath. 

Recommended Prerequisite is Gentle Flow, H1 but not mandatory.
Level: All Levels. 

HOT Hatha/Vinyasa 2

This class is a challenging Hatha based Yoga Set Series to help build strength and stamina. Expect to hold static postures with few dynamic flows for transitions. This class emphasizes core strength, balance, and stamina. Your practicioner will guide you as you combine your movement with controlled breathing to create a moving meditation to give your mind, body and soul the opportunity to dive deeper into your inner self as you move through space. Intense heat provides health benefits including rinsing out toxins from the body.  Prerequisite is Gentle Flow, HV1 but not mandatory. Some Yoga practice (7-10 classes) All Levels.

 Recommended Pre-req is Gentle Flow, HV1-2 but not mandatory.
Avoid eating about 2 hours before class.
Temperature: Heated 100-105 Degrees. Humidity 45-50%.
Level: All Levels. NOT Recommended for pre-natal students. 

Vinyasa Yoga Flow -All Levels

 Vinyasa Yoga Flow-All Levels is a fluid Vinyasa Yoga class. A playful class, exploring your edge, in a range of poses that are offered to either modified or embellished. This class is appropriate for all practitioner that have had some yoga practice (7-10 classes) and know how to modify or embellish. Please note: some classes are heated (warm-80-85). 

 Prerequisite: NONE
Temperature: Room Temperature (68-75 Degrees)
Level: Beginner to Advance   

Rise & Flow Vinyasa

 This all Level Vinyasa classes is designed for our early morning risers! Come Raise your Vibration as you Flow! An awakening experience that is inspires you to move to the sweetness of the morning.  Some Classes offer Meditation, Savasana Sound Bath and are heated 80-85. 

 Prerequisite: NONE
Temperature: Room Temperature (68-75 Degrees)
Level: Beginner to Advance
