Here at Pilates By Isabella we admit that we are Pilates obsessed, but Yoga was our first Love. We purposefully keep our class small, so you better believe you're going to get more guidance with form and hands-on corrections then a large box studio.
At Isabella's Pilates and Yoga Studio we try to make every class different, fun and worth your time. We believe that consistency is vital in your Pilates & Yoga Practice. For best results we strongly recommend 3-4 class per week. 2 classes per week in the Pilates industry as "maintance".
Your health and safety are our primary concerns.
