Here at Pilates By Isabella we admit that we are Pilates obsessed, but Yoga was our first Love. We purposefully keep our class small, so you better believe you're going to get more guidance with form and hands-on corrections than a large box studio. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results. With our supportive community, welcoming certified instructors, you just might feel motivated to stick to your fitness and achieve your goals.
Our Pilates studio offers a range of classes to help you reach your fitness goals, whether your looking to tone up, increase flexibility, or improve your posture. Our Classical Pilates classes are just that a Classic, safe and effective way of working out. Isabella's signature classes are high energy and endlessly creative. So if your looking for something a little more fast paced then try one of Bella's Signature Contemporary classes; Ab's & Bun's, Intenso Interval & more.
Here at Isabella's Pilates and Yoga Studio we try to make every class different, fun and worth your time. We believe that consistency is vital in your Pilates program. For best results we strongly recommend 3-4 class per week. #bellastrong

Reformers Fundaments is a Reformer based class with the building block for all levels. It's designed to focus on the fundamental movements on the reformer and other Pilates equipment at a slower paced but still challenging the entire body. Fundamentals focuses on working breathe, alignment, language and posture, these classes are educational, perfect for those who want to learn and feel the burn at the same time. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class. So yes a Fundamentals class can easily become an advanced class.
Level: Open level class.
Recommended Prerequisite: (6-10 Fundamentals)

All Levels Plus is Group Reformer based Pilates session suitable for just about all levels. This is a quicker traditional flow with a little more complexed exercises then Fundamentals. This session may use other apparatus and a variety of props. Some Pilates equipment experience is recommended. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.
Level: Open level class.
Recommended Prerequisite: 8-10 All Levels

Pilates Mix is a great way to get all the Pilates classes you love in one session. The Spring Board challenges your body and balance in a completely different way from typical weight resistance or reformer Pilates. This Pilates sessions gives you the opportunity to counter movements with grace and control that forces your body to respond by tuning into its core strength and postural stability as you flow from one Style to another. Class may includes Jumpboard, Springboard, Floor and Chair exercises.

Pilates Restore & Release class is the perfect Zen Pilates session! This class focuses on myofascial release using specific trigger points and foam roller. Utilize both the reformer and mat to work on stretching and flexibility. This class is slow paced, holding stretches for longer with chilled music, essential oils, and mood lighting.
Level: Open level class.
Recommended Prerequisite: 8-10 Fundamentals
*Not Suitable for pre/post natal clients. (we do lay on our stomach)
Classical Reformer Pilates is the traditional series of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, performed in the precise sequence he had intended, with the purpose of achieving complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. There are some modification given.
Consistency is key, you will Improve overall strength and posture. Release tensions and bring in more flexibility to the tissues and muscles. Move with grace, power, ease and efficiency.
Level: Open level
Recommended Prerequisite: 10-15 All Levels

Pilates by Isabella's Signature Intense Pilates is an open-level contemporary Cardio Pilates class, focuses on Target heart rates, Pilates fundamentals, quick paced full body exercises that challenge balance and coordination. Use Reformer, Spring Boards and other Props and equipment. Some Pilates equipment experience is strongly recommended.
Level: Intermediate+ and beyond Contemporary Signature Class.
Recommended Prerequisite: 30-40 All Levels Class, Ask instructor if your ready

Athletic Pilates combines classical moves with contemporary functional movement and spices it up! This fast-flowing class is based on Pilates principles to increase stamina, stability, balance, coordination, flexibility, and overall strength to help improve performance. Best suited for those with no shoulder and/or knee issues. This class is designed to challenge your strength, balance, endurance, and fitness level. Come prepare to turn up the heat, shake and burn with little to no modification!
*Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries knee issues, wrist and shoulder issues or post-natal 4th Trimester or those who have not done Pilates with us before.

This reformer based class is a fan favorite, "Delicious" target training workout. Feel the "quakes" as you work every part of the glutes and core in a Pilates focused, athletic and effective format. Use Reformer, Spring Boards and other Props and equipment.
Level: intermediate to Advance Classes
Recommended Prerequisite: Instructor Approval only
Classical Pilates 2.0 is the traditional reformer series of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, performed in the precise sequence he had intended, with the purpose of achieving complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. We move swiftly through the order with control. precision. and coordination doing 3-5 rep with little to no modification. You are refining each movement, understanding your body working from the center out, understanding how your body moves and work out any imbalance, as you improve overall strength and posture. Consistency is key, you will Improve overall strength and posture. Release tensions and bring in more flexibility to the tissues and muscles. Move with grace, power, ease and efficiency.
*Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries , vertigo knee issues and shoulder issues or post-natal 4th Trimester or those who have not done Pilates with us before. WE STAND ON THE REFORMER.
