Here at Pilates By Isabella we admit that we are Pilates obsessed, but Yoga was our first Love. We purposefully keep our class small, so you better believe you're going to get personal guidance with form and hands-on corrections. Our classical Pilates classes are just that a Classic, safe and effective way of working out. Isabella's signature classes are high energy and endlessly creative. So if your looking for something a little more fast paced then try one of Bella's Signature Contemporary classes; Ab's & Bun's, Intenso Interval & more. 


Here at Isabella's Pilates and Yoga Studio we try to make every class different,  fun and worth your time.  We believe that consistency is vital in your Pilates program. For best results we strongly recommend 3-4 class per week. 

Fundamentals

 Must take one before having access to other classes.


Level: Open level class. 

Recommended Prerequisite: none
*Suitable for recovering injuries, seniors and pre/post natal clients.


 Reformers Fundaments is a Reformer based class with the building block for all levels. It's designed to focus on the fundamental movements on the reformer and other Pilates equipment at a slower paced but still challenging the entire body. Fundamentals focuses on working breathe, alignment, language and posture, these classes are educational, perfect for those who want to learn and feel the burn at the same time. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

All Levels

Level: Open level class. 

Recommended Prerequisite: (8-10 Fundamentals)
*Suitable for recovering injuries,  and pre/post natal clients.


All Levels Plus is Group Reformer based Pilates session suitable for just about all levels. This is a quicker traditional flow with a little more complexed exercises then Fundamentals. This session may use other apparatus and a variety of props. Some Pilates equipment experience is recommended. Options to progress and modify are given throughout the class.

Pilates Fuego

Level: Intermediate/Advanced Level

Recommended Prerequisite: ASK INSTRUCTOR IF YOUR READY, REQUIRES APPROVEL.

*Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries, BACK, KNEE, ETC or pregnancy in 3rd Trimester or those who have not done Pilates with us before.


This Pilates reformer based class suitable for the more experienced clients. An intense workout focusing on advanced exercises with fast-paced, continuous and flowing movements. Bella's Fuego will challenge your strength, endurance and fitness levels. Prepare to sweat, shake and burn with VERY little to no modification!

Pilates Abs & Buns

 Level: Open level class. 

Recommended Prerequisite: 30-40 All Levels Class, Ask instructor if your ready
Please note not recommended for those with injuries ESPCIALLY knee, BACK ISSUES or pre/post-natal.


(intro- Abs & Buns also available)


A fan favorite reformer based class is a "Delicious" target training workout. Feel the "quakes" as you work every part of the glutes and core in a Pilates focused, athletic and effective format.  Use Reformer, Spring Boards and other Props and equipment. 

Pilates Mash-Up

 Level: Open level class. 

Recommended Prerequisite: 8-10 Fundamentals
*Not Suitable for recovering knee, ankle, back  injuries or 3rd Trimester pre/post natal (4th trimester) clients.


  Pilates Mash-up is a great way to get all the Pilates classes you love in one session. The Spring Board challenges your body and Balance in a completely different way from typical weight resistance or reformer Pilates.  This Pilates sessions gives you the opportunity to counter movements with grace and control that forces your body to respond by tuning into its core strength and postural stability as you flow from one Style to another. Class may includes Jumpboard, Floor and Chair exercises. 

Bella's Reformer Jump

Open Level 

 Prerequisite 8-10 Fundamentals 

*Not Suitable for those with injuries or pre/post natal clients.

A fun, yet challenging class using Reformer Jump Boards to build cardio strength and endurance. Get your heart rate up, work those legs to fatigue and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you!

Pilates Intenso Interval

 Level: Open level 

Recommended Prerequisite: 8-10 Fundamentals
*Not Suitable for recovering knee, ankle, back  injuries, blood pressure issues or 3rd Trimester pre/post natal (4th trimester) clients. 

 

Pilates by Isabella's Signature  Intense Pilates is an open-level contemporary Cardio Pilates class, focuses on Target heart rates, Pilates fundamentals, quick paced full body exercises that challenge balance and coordination. Use Reformer, Spring Boards and other Props and equipment. Some Pilates equipment experience is strongly recommended.
